Cancellations, Returns, & Refunds

Order cancellations will be refunded in full so long as the order has not shipped. In the event a cancellation is requested after shipping, you may use the normal return policy listed below.

A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained prior to the return of any product. This number must be visible on the package before BBC Distributing will credit a return. Please obtain an RGA by calling our office at 616.698.8828.

We gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment errors (i.e. shipping wrong product or quantities) will be corrected or accepted for return for 30 days from the date of purchase. All return requests must be received within 30 days of invoice date and are subject to review and approval before credit can be processed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from invoice date. Please allow up to 10 business days for credit to be fully processed and note that a 20% restock fee on all goods, including freight, may apply. Claims for damaged product must be reported to BBC within 48 hours after delivery.

We are pleased to order any product for you that we do not stock, however full case quantities must be ordered, plus the shipping/freight cost and all special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping & Handling

BBC’s delivery fleet offers local delivery service within Michigan’s Lower Peninsula and Northern Ohio. To find out when we deliver in your area, please contact us at 616.698.8828.

Outside local delivery area – Most orders received before 12:00pm will ship the same day, provided that the order is in stock. Most orders received after 12:00pm will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays, except by prior arrangement.

We can ship within the United States using UPS, USPS, and various freight (LTL) companies. Note that there are restrictions on some products. Orders will include totals for both shipping and/or handling as calculated at time of checkout. If you have any questions about your shipping method or costs, please contact our office directly.

In the event an item(s) is back-ordered (in full or in part), the order will be shipped as complete as possible and notification of backordered item(s) will be sent to the contact information listed with the order. Any backordered items will be ordered and shipped separately as soon as possible. If stock status is required, please contact our office directly to inquire prior to completing your order. Backorders will be treated as “in-process” and any modifications, cancellations, and or refunds, will need to be approved by office staff.

Liquids and/or flammable materials must be shipped ground by UPS or by LTL carrier. We retain sole discretion as to the shipping method required for any specific order and reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to ship using our standard methods.
